Please note we do not provide refunds or returns on orders that have been placed incorrectly. Approved refunds are automatically processed by the financial servers and may take 5-10 business days.

All of our products are checked for quality before postage and while we try our best to ensure that all of our products are delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process.
