PURCHASING

If you are purchasing this as a gift, please include that information in the note at checkout, along with what you want us to write as your personal message. We are happy to add a card with your personal message.

PROCESSING

All prints are made-to-order and shipped from Rockford, Illinois, USA. Please allow up to 3 days for processing. Once processing is complete, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

SHIPPING

Shipping time will depend on your location; however, it is usually delivered within 2 weeks. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage which indicates 2-5 business days and we offer an expedited option for shipping.

Prints are shipped protected in biaxially orientated polypropylene clear envelopes that are archival safe and enclosed in flat rigid mailers. Every effort is made to protect your artwork from damage and weather. If you experience damage, please send us an email and photo and we will replace your purchase.

PRESERVATION

Artwork has a UV coating; however, to preserve your art and help ensure its longevity, it is recommended to use UV protectant framing and avoid displaying in direct sunlight.

REFUNDS

Please note we do not provide refunds on orders that have been placed incorrectly.
All of our products are checked for quality before postage. Should your item be damaged in transit, please send us an email and photo. Approved refunds may take 5-10 business days, depending on the financial institutions.
